Don’t let the look fool you. Making Chocolate Trellis Cups are both easy and fun to make!  Just flip a cupcake pan upside down, cover the inverted cups individually with plastic wrap, melt your chocolate, pipe away and then stick it in the freezer.  Once chilled, fill with your favorite ice cream and presto your Chocolate Trellis Cups are complete.

Chocolate Trellis Cup Ingredients:
3 ounces dark chocolate morsels
ice cream of your choice

Instructions: Cover every other cup with plastic wrap. Melt chocolate and place in a pastry bag with #2 tip.  Pipe a circle around the base of the mound, then pipe chocolate back and forth going both directions.  Making the last step to pipe around the base a final time.
